Shipping
We ship every order from one of two warehouses — UK or China — you pick which one at checkout. The Chinese warehouse is currently the main option while we build up UK stock.
Every order right now is a pre-order
All orders are currently pre-orders. The delivery windows above already include the pre-order lead time, not just carrier transit.
Customs & import charges are not included in our prices
International and EU orders — including orders shipped from our China warehouse — may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees charged by the courier or customs authority on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by Wristbuilt. You'll see this notice again at checkout before you place an order.
Shipping is charged per order, not per watch — a tool kit or individual tools in the same order don’t add to the count. Orders over 50 watches are a wholesale enquiry — contact us rather than checking out here.
Delivery estimates
From our China warehouse (the main option right now), delivery is 14–45 days as a pre-order. From our UK warehouse, delivery is 30–90 days as a pre-order — both windows already include the pre-order lead time, not just carrier transit. You'll choose a warehouse at checkout.
Shipping cost
Shipping starts at £15 per order and is calculated at checkout, based on how many watches are in your order and which warehouse you choose. You'll see the exact figure in your cart before you pay, and confirmed again at checkout. Orders over 50 watches are a wholesale enquiry: get in touch rather than checking out here.
Customs & import duties
Orders are shipped without duties prepaid. International and EU orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees set by your country and charged by the courier or customs authority on delivery. These are not included in the item price, are outside our control, and are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking once dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 14 business days, email hello@wristbuilt.co and we'll look into it.
